Today I am sharing with you about 24 feet x 35 feet house plan with three floors. On the ground floor, there is one hall for business purposes and also as a parking lot with a one-bedroom, toilet. On first floor there is a three-bed room, 3 attached toilets, one kitchen, one dining room, one balcony and one living room with staircase. Also at 2nd floor there is three-bed room, 3 attached toilet, one kitchen, one dining, one balcony, one living room also one passage with a staircase. At top floor means Third floor there is a terrace with roof top gardening available in this house plan. Also, I am sharing front elevation of the building with approximate construction cost. 1. Why this Plan (Objective of this type of Planning)

The customer who construct this building, needs comfortable accommodation for leaving with their family with his own business attached to his home also he want to provide rent his building for generating additional money.

So when he came to us we decide to provide a ground floor for fulfill his business needs, the First floor for his Family accommodation and the second floor for a rental purposes.

The owner agreed with our proposal and he ask for a better plan with all the necessary thing which he needs.

2. Ground Floor Plan

In bellow, we plan for commercial purpose.

1. There is available one Room- 4475 x 3298 mm
2. One Attached Toilet of Dimension- 2225 x 1300 mm( The toilet is Commode setup)
3. One hall for business purpose and parking of size 6700 x 6685 mm
4. A general toilet for business purpose of size 2225 x 1923 mm with Orissa pattern toile.
5. All outer wall of this plan are 250mm thick brick wall and partition wall are 125 thick.
6. D-Door is 1000 x 2000 mm and D1- Door is 750 x 2000 mm
7. One Shutter door is there with dimension 2700 x 2000 mm

3. 1st Floor Plan

1st floor plan made for fully family accommodation purpose. Describing the whole plan below.

For making larger and needs as per clients requirement we consider 600 mm cantilever at the south side of the building at first floor.

1. Master Bed room- Size- 4000 x 3325 mm with attached toilet of size 2100 x 1200 mm.
2. Secondary bed room- Size- 4100 x 3425 mm with attached toilet of size 2100 x 1200 mm ( Commode accommodation with bath )
3. Third Bed room- Size- 3325 x 2148 mm with attached toilet of size 1500 x 1200 mm ( Orissa pattern only toilet) this bed room is used as a guest bed room.
4. Kitchen- There is a open modular Kitchen of size 2225 x 2000 mm.
5. Dining- Size- Dining attached with kitchen is sized as 3100 x 3300 mm.
6. There is a living room as size- 2100 x 3156 mm.
7. Also in this plan- 1097 width passage and 1000 mm with open balcony is there.
8. A Stair case is also with this plan. 2100 mm with staircase.
9. One external stair connected with first floor as a entrance from below of the staircase landing.
